Ask AI in Mobile App Can Now Read Your Files

Modified on Fri, 31 Jul at 5:01 AM

Ask AI now accepts images and documents right in the chat composer. Snap a photo, pick a PDF, or grab a file from your Media Library then ask the assistant about it in plain language.
The Challenge
You have the answer sitting in a file. A screenshot of a broken funnel. A CSV of last month's leads. A signed contract PDF.
But Ask AI could only read what you typed.
Solution: Attachments in Ask AI
Tap ? in the composer and pick from four sources: Camera, Gallery, Files, or your Media Library. Your file uploads in the background while you keep typing. It rides along with your next message as a tidy chip the assistant can actually read.
How This Supercharges Your Business
Save Time: Stop retyping what a screenshot already shows. Attach it and ask.
Work Fully Mobile: Handle document-based questions on your phone, without reaching for a laptop.
Get Sharper Answers: The assistant reads your actual data, so answers reflect your business.
Reuse What You Have: Pull straight from Media Library, already-uploaded files attach instantly, no re-upload.
How to Get Started
  1. Navigate: OpenAsk AIfrom your app's navigation, then start or open a chat.
  2. Activate: Tap the:paperclip: paperclipin the composer and choose Camera, Gallery, Files, or Media Library.
  3. Enjoy:Watch the chip turn from Uploading…to ready, type your question, and hit send.
Tip: No question in mind? Send the file on its own, Ask AI will analyze it for
What's Next?
We're expanding what Ask AI can read. On the roadmap: larger document limits, more file types (spreadsheets, plain text, Markdown), and in-app previews so you can review an attachment without leaving the chat. Attachment history and re-use across sessions are also being explored.
